  • Permitted to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to speak English fluently 
  • Must have a good reputation at the previous workplace
  • No crimes or conviction in your record

If the phone interview goes well, we’ll set up a face-to-face interview. Again, if the interview goes well and you are a good fit, we will contact your references and complete the registration process to bring you on board as a client representative. All childcare providers and candidates working in a household with children must complete the Trustline™ Registry.

It could happen immediately or take several weeks. The time it takes to  land a position with us is influenced by specific factors, including supply and demand, as well as the fit between clients and candidates.

Registration with us is free of charge. However, before being offered to a client, Nannies and Newborn Specialists must register with the Trustline™ Registry, which is an out-of-pocket fee for the childcare provider.

All Nannies and Newborn Care Specialists must register for the Trustline™ registry, a California’s background check for in-home childcare providers. We value everyone involved in the placement process and recognize that this is a relationship-based business. Therefore, we anticipate that the candidates will provide the client with a two to four-week notice period. We usually assist a candidate with a new job search if adequate notice is given and the talent has not broken their contract with the agency or client.

Benefits are decided at the discretion of each client.

The hourly earnings and incomes of candidates vary based on the field of service in which they work. Annual salaries for candidates range from $38,000 to $150,000 or more.
