  • Domestic service agreement between the client and the candidate.
  • Employment and payroll services referrals.

  • Weekend and after-work hours access to our employees.
  • A LA CARTE DUE DILIGENCE:
    Social Security trace, County Criminal record, DMV report, Trustline™ Credit Check, Sexual Offender check, Job Verification and Education Verification.

Pricing

MINIMUM HOURS:

Our candidates require a 30 hour per week minimum on all placements, including temporary placements.

FEES:

All agency fees are based upon a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary, with a minimum fee of $3,000. All searches require a non-refundable $500 initial retainer per search. Complex searches require 20%-25% of the candidate’s annual salary.

LIVE OUT NANNIES ONLY:

15% – 25%
Replacement policy 3 months to 12 months

LIVE-IN NANNIES:

18% – 25%
Replacement policy 3 months to 12 months

HOUSEKEEPERS, CHEFS, PERSONAL AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS, HOUSE & ESTATE MANAGEMENT, DOMESTIC COUPLES:

13% 3-month replacement policy

16% 6-month replacement policy

18% 12-month replacement policy

BABYSITTING LIST:

$500. List of 4 nannies who are looking to cover date nights. Each list is specifically chosen based upon the client’s needs and requests.

TEMPORARY PLACEMENTS:

3 months or under: 25% of the candidate’s gross income
4-6 months: One month of candidate’s salary or $3,000 minimum

The majority of our candidates find us through word of mouth in the community or through recommendations from previous employers. Some people reach us on the internet through search engines and social media sites.

Before having an in-home consultation, we communicate with all potential clients. Our staff can best assess your particular needs through our in-home consultation procedure. We then present you candidates who are a good fit for the type of domestic worker you’re looking for. Once a candidate has been chosen, a trial period is scheduled, and if the trial is successful, an employment offer is created with the help of our experts.

Because we are solely a referral agency, all clients are responsible for ensuring that the candidate of their choice is adequately paid.
