All childcare providers and candidates working in a household with children must complete the Trustline™ Registry.

It could happen immediately or take several weeks. The time it takes to  land a position with us is influenced by specific factors, including supply and demand, as well as the fit between clients and candidates.

Registration with us is free of charge. However, before being offered to a client, Nannies and Newborn Specialists must register with the Trustline™ Registry, which is an out-of-pocket fee for the childcare provider.

We value everyone involved in the placement process and recognize that this is a relationship-based business. Therefore, we anticipate that the candidates will provide the client with a two to four-week notice period. The hourly earnings and incomes of candidates vary based on the field of service in which they work. Annual salaries for candidates range from $38,000 to $150,000 or more.
